Camping at Cherrystone......
OH! WHAT FUN WE HAD! We had an amazing Memorial Day Weekend. The six families of our small group took off to the Eastern Shore for a great camping trip. Friday, we all arrived to set up and check things out. Penny and Brian got a buschel of blue crabs and we pigged out for dinner. Saturday morning started of with a bike ride, great breakfast and then off to swimming. We peddleboated. And really just got to know one another. After a wonderful community dinner, we headed over to the Family Dance. I danced till I was about to drop. We ended the night with some great smores.... Sunday was a great repeat of Saturday. With lots of swimming, putt-putt and playing. Sunday afternoon we had a wonderful sunset on the beach and lots of fellowship. Monday came all too soon. We hated to leave but we had such a wonderful time.
