Trip to Arkansas....

So, after cleaning up Christmas dinner and packing up for our trip, We are ready to leave about nine.  There is three inches of snow on the ground and I am so nervous.  Things are ok when we first start.  Then we hit Richmond and it got really scary.  The roads were terrible and we had to drive really slow to keep from sliding.  I cried for a little while.  We stuck with it and when we got to 81 it got ok.  It was a long hard trip because we could not go very fast at all.  As soon as we got to Memphis it was snowing so hard you could not see the car in front of you.  But as soon as we got on the bridge and saw the welcome to Arkansas sign it completly stopped snowing and there was not a flake in sight.  It was really eerie after seeing nothing but white for 16 hrs.  We finally made it to the condo at 5:00 Sunday...  Exhuasted and cranky (only 5 hrs of sleep in 72 hours..  The room was ok.  It was large 1300 sq ft .  Kitchen, 6 seat dinning table, and the tub was amazing.  Only problem was only one tv and the biggest of all, hair in the master bath.  Yuck!!!!!  Luckily my husband is amazing and cleaned it up for me.  We showered and unpacked and John and Ellie came by.  They were in Ar for Christmas too.  We got to see the girls.  They have grown so much.  Kada is talking up a storm now.  Rachel's mom, dropped her off and then Jammie and Jeff came by and picked up all of the kids.  We exchanged gifts and talked to I was about to pass out.  We finally shooed everyone off and crashed in our huge rock hard bed.
