Yesterday, Izabella had surgery to remove her tonsels. It is a very rountine surgery, so I wasn't that worried. But it is surgery and she had to be put to sleep so there is always a risk. We were late getting to the hospital. Dad thought it was at Langley, but it was at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. I was very impressed with the care we recieved there. We arrived at 7 and we were on our way home by lunch. The staff answered all of our questions and treated my baby like a princess. The surgery went well and Bella is recovering nicely at home. She is really loving the fact that she must eat ice cream and popcicles for a week. The doctor told us after the surgery that she had some of the biggest tonsels he had ever seen. LOL... Guess that is why she snored like a freight train..
