We had a pretty awesome Memorial Day Weekend. It started with Larry's son Brett and his wife Courtney come for a visit. She is 5 1/2 months pregnant. It was so nice to see them again. We haven't seen them in almost three years. Right now Brett is stationed at Camp Lejune, North Carolina. So, they are only 4 hours away. On Saturday, we took them down to Yorktown Beach and just rode around a little bit. On Sunday, they went exploring and shopping while we went to Elijah's Birthday party. Then we all went to Busch Gardens. We had so much fun. I really got a jolt that day though. Izabella and Sebastian both rode the big coasters. Sebastian rode the Griffon on the front Row...I could not believe it. Izabella is so ready to ride the really big ones, but she is just too short. We managed to sneak her on the Loch Ness Monster. While going upside down she is screaming how much fun her first big girl coaster is.....

Sunday was spent swimming in the backyard and grilling out. We did it up right with Bar-b-que Chicken, potato salad, green beans, and corn on the cob. It turned out to be a wonderful weekend. It was really great getting to know Brett and Courtney a little bit better. We were able to give them Lincoln's crib and changing table. It is strange to think that Larry is going to be a Grandpa and that I am in a way going to be a grandma. Especially when I am not even thirty yet. But I have a lot of love to give and a new baby to give to will be a blessing from God. Our Family is in no way typical. But we love each other a lot and always find a way to make things work.
